Analyzing user actions in an assignment

You can view a statistical analysis of user actions in assignments. By examining the real-world choices of your users, you can refine your business processes.

  1. On the Diagram tab of the Flow form, click the Overlay icon and select Flow Analysis.

  2. Hover over the Assignment Information icon next to an assignment to view the percentage of users that have made a choice.

  3. Click View report to open the Flow Analysis report.

  4. Review the data in this report to understand the frequency of actions that users take from the assignment.
