Associating a work queue with an organization

You identify the organization, division, and unit of a work queue so that Pega Platform can assign work to the correct queue. You can keep the default work group or enter a more specific value.

1. Create or open a work queue.
2. On the Work queue tab, in the Organization section, complete the following fields:
   • Name
   • Division
   • Unit

   If the organization, the division, or the unit does not exist, create it by clicking the New icon.

3. Optional: To facilitate assigning to work groups, in the Work Group field, complete one of the following tasks:
   • Enter the name of the work group that uses this work queue.
   • Create a new work group by clicking the Open icon.
