Creating a case

You can create cases, which are instances of a case type. Create a case to accomplish work in your application or test changes to the configuration of a case type.

  1. Select a case type from the + New menu.

  2. Process the case by entering values in the provided fields and submitting each form.

Tip: To quickly create an instance of a case type that your are working on, click Run.
