Defining the outcome field

Select a model type and define the outcome field. The field represents the behavior that you want to predict in the model. The model captures relationships among the values with the different data sets and shows these relationships in the Graphical view tab and Tabular view tab. The combination of the model type and outcome field allows the Analytics Center portal to use its modeling techniques and make predictions

To define the outcome field, select the appropriate model:

Scoring and extended scoring models
Spectrum models

Note: The extended scoring model is available when you select the Entitled to use outcome inferencing check box in the Analytics Center Settings landing page.
