Database views and indexes

Database views support searching and reporting.

Note: Avoid customizing standard views. If you modify standard views and then upgrade the Pega Platform, the upgrade script may overwrite your customizations. Instead, customize copies of the views.

Database indexes provide fast alternate access to rule information by using alternate (secondary) keys.
