Adding a new command for a generated category
You can use the preview console to test whether a Facebook or a WebChat chatbot generates correct categories and associated responses for the entered commands. If a generated category does not have a response command associated with it yet, you can define a new command while working in the Show analysis mode.
- Enter a command in the preview console.
- Turn on the Show analysis switch to display more details about the responses for the chatbot.
- In the Category section, click the Configure icon for a generated category to configure its settings.
- Optional: If the generated category does not have a response command associated with it, click Create.
- From the Response type list, select a response type such as text.
- In the Response command field, enter a response command for the intent.
- In the Response text field, enter the response text.
- Click Submit.
