Device logs

Device logs contain data that you can use to troubleshoot and support offline-enabled custom mobile apps without end-user action. You can request that the Pega Platform download logs from a specific user's device during the next data synchronization and incorporate them in the Pega log. The log entries created for mobile devices are marked in log files with a device logs prefix. You can control how much data is captured in the log by setting a log level and specifying the period for which the logs are to be retrieved.
