Making a question required in a survey

You can make a question required in a survey. By preventing users from submitting a survey without answering required questions, you can ensure that the information in a survey is complete.

You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.
  2. Click the name of a survey, and then click the question that requires an answer.
  3. In the Question settings section, select the Required check box.
  4. Click Save survey.
