Posting a message in Pulse

You can post a message in Pulse to share information or ask a question in a conversation.

The following guidance applies to case messages, however, you can use Pulse to communicate in other contexts, such as a user or an application.
  1. Open a case by searching for it or by reviewing the worklists and work queues on your dashboard.
  2. Click the Toggle pulse icon.
  3. Click Start a conversation, and then enter your message text.
  4. Optional: Enhance the format or content of your message.
  5. Click Post.
