Removing charts by using the Report Editor

Removing charts

You can remove a chart from a report if the chart no longer meets your business needs, or if you modified the report so that it no longer contains the columns required for the chart.

Note: If you change the column configuration in a way that affects a chart, the chart is automatically updated unless the change makes the chart invalid. If the chart becomes invalid, the chart is removed.
  1. Run the report that contains the chart that you want to remove.
  2. In the Report Viewer, click Edit report.
  3. In the Report Editor, click Edit chart.
  4. In the Edit chart dialog box, click Remove chart.

You can undo your change by clicking Discard.
