Creating a circumstance template
In the Designer Studio header, click Create + > Technical > Circumstance Template.

On the Create form, enter values in the fields to define the context of the flow.

In the Label field, enter text that describes the purpose of the circumstance template.
- To change the default identifier for the circumstance template, click Edit, and then provide a unique value in the Identifier field.

In the Apply to field, press the Down Arrow key and select the class that defines the scope of the circumstance template.

In the Add to ruleset field, select the name and version of a ruleset that stores the circumstance template.

Click Create and open.

On the Template tab, list the properties that circumstance definitions can evaluate.

Click the Add a row icon.

In the Property field, press the Down Arrow key, and then select the name of a property in your application.

Click Save.

Control the order in which the circumstance definitions for this template run.

On the Definitions tab, ensure that there are at least two circumstance definitions listed in the All Definitions section.
You may need to wait for your development team to create circumstance definitions that are associated with your circumstance template.

In the Priority Definitions section, click the Add a row icon.

In the field that is displayed, press the Down Arrow key, and then select the name of a circumstance definition.

Drag a field to a different position in the list to change its run-time priority.
