Adding parameterized predictors

Add properties (parameters) from outside of the primary page to use as parameterized predictors in adaptive learning. If you do not specify parameterized predictors, your adaptive model can learn only from properties that are defined within the primary page context.

Predictors added from the Parameters tab are automatically added to the read-only view of the Parameterized predictors section on the Adaptive model tab of an Adaptive Model rule instance. You can change only the predictor type.

  1. Click Records > Decision > Adaptive Model .
  2. Open an Adaptive Model rule instance that you want to edit.
  3. In the Parameters tab, click Add parameter.
  4. Enter a name and description for the new parameter.
  5. Select a data type for the parameter and click Save.
