Generating an application profile document

You can generate an application profile document to share information about your project with stakeholders. An application profile is an auto-generated document that contains business-related information that is associated with the implementation of a project, such as sizing estimates.

  1. Click Turn editing on.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Settings > Tools.
  3. In the Application documents section, click Generate document.

    If you previously generated an application profile document, the Regenerate document option is available. If you made changes to your application, click this option to regenerate the application profile document.

  4. Save the generated Microsoft Word file by clicking Download document.
