Achievement badges
The Achievements widget for your dashboard displays the badges that you receive by accomplishing specific tasks in the product. These badges are grouped into the following achievement levels.
Level 1 badges:

Explore Edit mode — Turn on application-editing mode.

Create a Case — Create a case from either the + New menu or the dashboard.

Personalize your dashboard — Update your dashboard and publish the changes.

Edit a form — Open a case type, configure a form, and submit the changes.

Configure a case type — Create a case type.

Invite a colleague — Invite a colleague to your current application.
Level 2 badges:

Create a report — Create and save any type of report.

Document your app — Create an application profile document.

Build a mobile app — Build and log in to a mobile app.

Configure a review screen — Configure a review screen.

Route a step — Route a step to the current user, another user, or a role-based work queue.

Add an approval — Create an approval step in the life cycle of a case.
Level 3 badges:

Delegate data management — Create and delegate a data type.

Define calculation — Define a calculation for a new field, or modify an existing field to include a calculation.

Validate inputs — Define the criteria that must be met before a user can submit a form.

Create a data reference — Add a field that has a data reference to a form.

Create channel interface — Add a new channel interface to your application.

Change form template — Change the template that is applied to a form.
Level 4 badges:

Add a chart to a report — Create a report with a chart in it.

Set a profile picture — Upload a picture to your operator profile.

Post to pulse — Add a pulse message to a case.

Manage team details — Add a new team.

Enable push notifications — Enable push notifications for a case type in your mobile app for SLA or assignments.

Add a create case step — Create a new case from the current case.
Level 5 badges:

Add a wait step — Add a step to the life cycle of a case that pauses a process until conditions are met.

Add an email step — Add a step to the life cycle of a case that sends email to stakeholders.

Add a change stage step — Add a step to the life cycle of a case that moves a case to a different stage.

Add a post to pulse step — Add a step to the life cycle of a case that posts a message to the social activity stream of a case.
