Review the translation package

The field values included in the translation package are not exactly the same as those in the language pack, and some unnecessary field values might be included. Before sending the translation package to a translator, review the TextTranslate.xml file.

To review the translation package complete the following steps:

1. Extract the translation package .zip file.
2. Open the TextToTranslate.xml file in Microsoft Excel.
3. Verify that all columns are present.
4. Delete rows that contain values that are not translated, or are translated in other translated packages.
5. Read all comments that are entered in the Comments column.
6. Check consistency and spelling.
7. Close the file and click Save.
8. Compress the package to a .zip file.
