Adding the proximity widget to the Case Manager portal
The proximity widget displays the open cases with respect to your location on a map based on the location filter values that you select. You can personalize your dashboard by adding this as a widget.
- In the Case Manager portal, click the Gear icon on the top right.
- In the Widgets section, click Add widget(s).
- Select the Nearby Cases check box to enable the proximity widget.
- Click Add selected.
- Click Save.
- Click the Nearby Cases widget link.
- Select the case type for the widget.
- Select the required location from the list.
- Click Save.
Note: The widget displays cases for a maximum radius of 50 miles.
