Updating screen captures in a legacy application document
For legacy application documents, you can update the screen captures that depict how a user interacts with a case. By ensuring that your screen captures include real-life data, you can generate documents that are easier to understand.
- Click Designer Studio > Application > Tools > Document to open the Document Application tool.
- In the Saved legacy document settings section, click the settings for an application document.
- Click the Screen captures tab.
- In the Action column, click Update data.

Update the screen captures in one of the following ways:
- Change the current case data:

Click the Open icon to open the data transform that sets values in the case.

On the Definition tab, change the values for one or more properties in the case.

Click Save.

Provide data from another case:

In the Work ID field, enter a case ID.

In the Ruleset name and Ruleset version fields, select an application ruleset and unlocked version.

Click OK.

- Change the current case data:
- Click Generate document.
