Removing a specification from an item

You can remove a specification's association with an item in a case type. Removing the association does not delete the specification. This action just removes the link between the specification and the item.

1. In the Explorer panel, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
2. On the Workflow tab, click Life cycle.
3. Click a step name.
4. Choose the specification that you want to remove.

   • To remove a specification from a step, click the specification description in the right navigation panel.

   • To remove a specification from a form, click Configure view, and click the description beneath the step name.

5. In the window that opens, click Remove.
6. Click OK to apply your changes.
