Changing attributes on a case

To limit or expand the access to a case, you can change the attributes specified on that case.

1. In Designer Studio, open the case in which you want to change the attributes.
2. Click Edit.
3. In the Update Case Details section in the property field where the attribute is entered, change the attribute values.
4. Click Save.
