Using the Purge/Archive Scheduling wizard — Show Summary form

Use this form to confirm and start the schedule you created or modified in the Select Archive Settings form.

  • To start the schedule, select Show Summary in the Take Action list and click Submit. The ProcessArchival Flow Link form appears.
  • To remove the schedule, select Remove in the Take Action list and click Submit. Click the Remove interval information? option to delete the process statistics for the purge/archive schedule.

If you exit the wizard without clicking Submit to start a schedule or remove it, the item will appear in a list when you select Designer Studio > System > Operations > Purge/Archive > Schedule . Click the item to reopen this form.

Click New to open the Work Pool and Name form to create or modify another schedule.
