Disconnecting an app from a service provider

You can disconnect an app from a service provider from the Connected apps landing page. Disconnected apps are not authorized to access the service provider without requiring user authentication at run time, and therefore, will not be able to use automated case processing that involves the service provider. For example, the app would not be able to use Box to store attachments for inbound and outbound automated email processing.

  1. Click Configure > Integration > Connected apps.
  2. In the Action column, click Disconnect in the row of the app that you want to disconnect.
