Viewing logs for custom mobile apps
You can view the logs for a custom mobile app from its system info pages. To help troubleshoot a mobile app, you can also change the log level.
- Log in to the custom mobile app.
- From the Settings menu, click Log files.
- Optional:
To send logs by
email, do one of the following steps:
- If you are using an Android mobile app, manually copy the text area containing log information and paste it into your email client.
- If you are using an iOS mobile app, click send by email to send the displayed logging information for the app to another user via email.
