Viewing logs for custom mobile apps

You can view the logs for a custom mobile app from its system info pages. To help troubleshoot a mobile app, you can also change the log level.

The send by email link is only available in mobile apps built for the iOS platform.
  1. Log in to the custom mobile app.
  2. From the Settings menu, click Log files.
  3. Optional: To send logs by email, do one of the following steps:
    1. If you are using an Android mobile app, manually copy the text area containing log information and paste it into your email client.
    2. If you are using an iOS mobile app, click send by email to send the displayed logging information for the app to another user via email.
