Add a single-value field to a form to collect an individual piece of information from
users as they process a case. For example, you can add a Phone field type
to a form that prompts users to enter their home telephone number.
Note:
Some advanced field types, such as
Java Object, are not supported by default. To add advanced fields to a form, you must manually update the underlying section rule for the form.
