Choose a context for your conversation in Pulse to control who can receive
notifications, view, and reply to the messages that you post.
Open Pulse in one of the following contexts, based on your audience and message
content.
Procedure-
Application developers and stakeholders

Case followers and participants

Open a case by searching for it or by reviewing the worklists and work
queues on your dashboard.

Members of a team

In the navigation panel of the Case Manager portal, click My
Teams.

Click a team name.

In the header of the Team page, click the
Toggle pulse icon.

A specific user

In the navigation panel of the Case Manager portal, click My
Teams.

Click a team name.

In the Memebers section, click the
Gear icon.

In the list that is displayed, click a user name.

In the header of the User profile page, click
the Toggle pulse icon.
