Configuring a question in the Facebook chatbot preview console
When you enter a command in the preview console for a Facebook channel, the chatbot can open a case for the command and ask a question as a response. To improve the responsiveness of the chatbot, you can define the question that is displayed in the preview console.
Before you begin:
To use Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Facebook in your application, you must obtain and install the Facebook channel component from Pega Exchange.
- In the preview console, enter a command or a greeting message.
- Display the chatbot details by turning on the Show analysis switch.

Configure a question:
- In the Ask section, click the Gear icon.
- In the Question text field, edit the question.
- Optional: In the Map answer to property field, select a property to which you want to map the answer.
- Click Save.
