Enabling predictions for the condition builder

Provide greater flexibility and create more accurate outcomes of your conditions by enabling predictions for the condition builder. When you base the result of a condition on a prediction, you can adapt your processes to dynamically changing factors, and as a result improve how you adjust to the needs of your customers.

After you enable predictions, you can apply them in case types in any scenario that uses the condition builder, for example, to dynamically route an assignment or to conditionally skip a stage. Predictions estimate the possibility of reaching a positive or negative case resolution.
  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Records.
  2. Expand the Decision category, and then click When.
  3. Open the pyShowCaseSettings rule that applies to the Pega-Case-Settings-Predictions class.
  4. Click the Advanced tab of the rule form, and then, in the text field of the A row, enter true.
  5. Click Save.
Result: You can incorporate predictions in case types in every context in which you use the condition builder.
