Selecting predictions for case types

Meet your business goals and respond precisely to the needs of your customers by making use of predictions in your case types. When your application can estimate the possibility of reaching a positive or negative case resolution, you can take the actions that are most appropriate to the case.

Before you begin: 
  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
  2. In the case working area, click the Settings tab.
  3. In the navigation panel, click Predictions.
  4. In the Case resolution list, select a prediction that you want to use.
  5. Click Save.
Result: After a case reaches resolution, your application adds the case result to the adaptive model so that the model learns by analyzing data from each case. For more information about adaptive models, see Adaptive analytics.
