Connecting an app to a service provider

You can connect an app to a service provider from the Connected apps landing page. Connected apps are authorized to access the service provider without requiring user authentication at run time. This capability is useful for automated case processing. For example, you can use Box to store attachments for inbound and outbound automated email processing.

1. Click Configure > Integration > Connected apps.
2. In the Action column, click Connect in the row of the app that you want to connect.
3. Enter the credentials for accessing the service provider.
4. Click Grant access to <service provider>.
