Modifying summarized reports

Manage the appearance and contents of summarized reports by modifying the column settings in the Report Viewer. For example, you can specify the format of values, or change the column width. The changes apply only to the current view of the report results.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, select the portal in which you manage reports.
  2. In the left navigation pane, open the Report Browser by clicking Reports.
  3. Select a view of the reports:
    • View your custom reports by clicking the My Reports tab.
    • View all available reports, by clicking the All reports tab.
  4. Click a report that you want to view.
    Result: The Report Browser displays the report and you can analyze the data.
  5. In the Report Viewer, right-click the header of the column that you want to modify.
  6. Modify the column:
    Choices Actions
    Change the column heading
    1. Click Heading.
    2. In the Column heading field, enter a new column heading.
    3. Click Apply changes.
    Specify the format of the data values
    1. Click Format.
    2. In the Format values, press the Down arrow key, and then select the data format.
    3. Click Apply changes.
    Adjust the column width
    1. Click Width.
    2. In the Column width field, enter the column width in pixels or as a percentage value.
    3. Click Apply changes.
    Remove the report column
    1. Click Delete.
    2. Confirm the deletion by clicking Submit.
    Sort the column results
    1. If you want to display values in ascending order, click Sort > Lowest to highest.
    2. If you want to display values in descending order, click Sort > Highest to lowest.
    Display values horizontally Click Display values across columns.
