Temporarily overriding a configuration definition value

To temporarily change the configuration definition value in an application and inheriting rulesets, override the default value.

1. Open your application and click the Configuration tab.
2. Click Override next to the configuration definition name.
3. Enter the updated Value.
4. Click Save.

Result: If your configuration definition includes validation, Pega Platform uses the regular expression in the configuration definition to validate the updated value.
