To use the Dialogflow text analyzer component for natural language processing in Pega
Email Bot and Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) forWeb Chatbot, add the component to
your Pega Platform application.
Before you begin: If the Dialogflow text analyzer component is not part of your
Pega Platform application, obtain a
.zip file for
that component from Pega Marketplace. For more information, see
Google Dialogflow Text Analyzer.

In Dev Studio, click the name of your application, and
then click Definition.

In the Enabled components section, click Manage
components.

If the Dialogflow text analyzer component is not in the list in the
Available components section, install the
.zip file on Pega Platform by
clicking Install new.
The Dialogflow component is not available in your
application by default. You must select it from a list. If it is not available
in the list, you must import the component.

In the Status column, select the
Enabled check box for the Dialogflow text analyzer
component.

Click OK, and then click Save.
What to do next: Obtain a unique client access token and a developer access token by creating a
Dialogflow agent. Use these tokens for Dialogflow text analyzer configuration in the
Unified Messaging, Web Chatbot, or Email channel. For more
