You can verify that Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) detects the correct
entities from your input in the preview console, by validating the detected entities.
Validating the entities ensures that the right information is saved by the system for a
business case. Correctly detected entities in the IVA can also later be mapped to
business case properties.
For example, in the preview console you can
validate the word Ford, to ensure that it is mapped to the
CarMake entity, and that it relate to a Car Insurance business
case.

starts a business case.
For example: To request a car insurance quote, enter: I would like to request
a car insurance quote for my Ford Mustang GT.
