Service Wizard: Provide Service Details — Select Work Properties
In the first half of the second step of the wizard, complete each field, then click Next.
| Field | Description |

| Work Type | Select the work class for this service. |
| Flow Type | Select a flow for this service. The flows that display in this list belong to the
work class that you selected in the Work Type field. Note: The flow type is mandatory
only for case types without the Create stage. For more information, see The Create stage.

| Create Work | Select this check box if you want the service to create a new work item and start it on the selected flow. |
| Organization |
This field displays only if you select the Create Work check box.
Select an organization to use for all work queue assignments. |
