Creating the user experience
User interface rules are primarily used for creating forms. These forms make it possible for your application's users to enter or review information.
You start by either reusing and modifying an existing harness or creating a new one. Next, you add sections containing layouts, which in turn hold the fields and controls for the form.
You can add sections by:
- Using design templates with predefined layouts. This is the optimal way to approach user interface design, as it promotes reuse, reduces development time, and helps ensure a cohesive, predictable look and feel for your application.
- Copying and modifying existing sections.
- Creating new sections and adding layouts to them.
