Managing reports shortcuts

Manage report shortcuts by renaming, moving, copying, or deleting them. The Report Browser displays manageable report shortcuts in the form of tiles.

  1. In the left navigation pane, open the Report Browser by clicking Reports.
  2. Hover over the report, and then click the Actions icon.
  3. Manage the report:
    Choices Actions
    Open the report Click Open.
    Edit the report details
    1. Click Edit.
    2. To edit the report title, in the Report title field, enter a new title.
    3. To edit the report description, in the Report description field, enter a new description.
    4. Click Submit.
    Move the report to a different category
    1. Click Move.
    2. In the Report category list, select the category to which you want to move the report.
    3. Click Submit.
    Copy the report shortcut
    1. Click Copy.
    2. To edit the report title, in the Report title field, enter a new title.
    3. To edit the report description, in the Report description field, enter a new description.
    4. In the Category type list, set the report to public or private.
    5. In the Report category list, select the report category.
    6. Click Submit.
    Remove a tile from the list Click Remove.
    Delete a report
    1. Click Delete.
    2. Click Submit.
    Schedule a report run
    1. Click Schedule.
    2. Under the Task Scheduling section, schedule a run, and then click Submit.
