Managing reports shortcuts
Manage report shortcuts by renaming, moving, copying, or deleting them. The Report Browser displays manageable report shortcuts in the form of tiles.
- In the left navigation pane, open the Report Browser by clicking Reports.
- Hover over the report, and then click the Actions icon.

Manage the report:
Choices Actions Open the report Click Open. Edit the report details - Click Edit.
- To edit the report title, in the Report title field, enter a new title.
- To edit the report description, in the Report description field, enter a new description.
- Click Submit.
Move the report to a different category - Click Move.
- In the Report category list, select the category to which you want to move the report.
- Click Submit.
Copy the report shortcut - Click Copy.
- To edit the report title, in the Report title field, enter a new title.
- To edit the report description, in the Report description field, enter a new description.
- In the Category type list, set the report to public or private.
- In the Report category list, select the report category.
- Click Submit.
Remove a tile from the list Click Remove. Delete a report - Click Delete.
- Click Submit.
Schedule a report run - Click Schedule.

Under the Task Scheduling section, schedule a run, and
then click Submit.
