Scheme final decisions report

The Scheme Final Decisions report displays the list of disputes with the final decision under each scheme. The report details are displayed for both Issuer and Acquirer.

Pega Foundation for Healthcare

    To view scheme final decisions report:

  1. Log in to Pega Smart Dispute for Issuer.
  2. In the header of Dev Studio, select the portal in which you manage reports.
  3. In the left navigation pane, open the Report Browser by clicking Reports.
  4. In the Category list, select Case metrics.
  5. Click the Scheme final decisions for issuer report.
  6. Specify the date range in which you want to retrieve the report details in the From date and To date fields.
  7. Optional: To customize the report, in the upper-right corner of the Case metrics report tab, click Edit report , or select an option in the Actions list.
  8. Click Submit.
    The following table provides description for the columns in the report:

    Scheme final decisions

    Column NameDescription
    SchemeAssociation or Card Networks. For example, Visa or Mastercard.
    Posted currencyCurrency in which account or card is operated.
    No of cases with Final DecisionThe total cases where card network had to be provided a decision to resolve the dispute between issuer and acquirer.
    Issuer liableThe total amount ruled against issuer.
    Acquirer liableThe total amount ruled against acquirer.

    The Scheme final decisions for issuer report displays the number of cases for which a final decision is given under a specific scheme.
