Add social activity stream capabilities to your user interface to enable real-time collaboration and conversation. With PegaPulse, application users can share comments, files, and URLs within their work group. Easily add this feature to user portals and forms.

Facilitate collaboration among application users.

PegaPulse adds social activity stream capabilities to your user interface. Collaborate and converse with other application users or developers. Share messages, files, and URLs with other users in their work group. Take action directly from the activity stream. You can even receive notifications about your work.

PegaPulse offers contextual behavior so that its scope depends upon where you use it in your application. You can broadcast to an entire work group or share information only with others who have access to a case.

In addition to an out-of-the-box robust feature set, PegaPulse is fully extendable and configurable. You can define actions that are available in various contexts, such as the actions available to a mortgage officer processing a loan application. You can programmatically post messages, override the contents on the header section of your activity stream, and set default values for privacy and case attachment.
