On 27 April 2020, a decision was made not to use the name of our support organization in client-facing content, and to refer our users to the Pega Support home page on Pega Community. This page contains all the information that clients need for product support.

On 18 April 2019, Global Client Support replaced Global Customer Support. Do not change earlier mentions of Global Customer Support.
