Do not capitalize. As a noun, use high availability. As an adjective, use high-availability (hyphenated).

  • As a noun: Hospitals and data centers require high availability of their systems to perform routine daily activities.
  • As an adjective: Use high-availability clusters for critical databases and business applications.
