If you encounter problems with your Pega products, you may be able to solve the problem yourself. Pega provides a variety of self-service options for problem solving and continuing education for Pega products. This information is always available to you and your colleagues for achieving business goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In the Pega Community, the Pega Support Center is your entry point for all your product support needs. All users registered on the Pega Community have access to the following options:

Pega Support Center (PSC)
Pega provides the Pega Support Center (PCC) for self-service product education, application design discussion, and collaborative problem solving. The PSC provides engagement opportunities with product experts from Pega, as well as with our clients and partners. The PCC is the best place to ask detailed product-use questions and to seek the advice of experts.
Post your questions to the PCC to solve technical challenges in a collaborative environment and browse the large library of support documents and videos providing troubleshooting and how-to guidance.
