Addressing older instances in an import archive

Updated on April 5, 2022

If your target system includes instances that are newer than the instances in the archive, specify which instance to keep.

If you import these instances, an older instance from the import archive will replace a newer instance in your system. In most cases, you should keep the newer instance in your target system.

If you must import older instances and overwrite the newer content, follow these instructions.

  1. Clear the instances you do not want to import.
  2. Click Next.
