Reopening archived cases

Reopen an archived case that you archived prematurely, requires additional business reporting, or other reasons that view-only archive case data would not be sufficient.

You can only view archived cases when you search and open archives. If you want to reopen a case, you provide a compelling business reason in a request to Pega Support to reopen the case by selecting Submit a Request in My Support Portal or contact Pega Support.
