Specifying the number of concurrent sessions
To provide system security in a multi-node environment or in the cloud, prevent operators from creating new sessions after reaching the maximum number of concurrent sessions.
By default, the number of concurrent sessions is set to
-1, which allows unlimited sessions per operator.
- In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Records.
- Expand the SysAdmin category, and then click System.
- Click the name of the system for which you want to specify the number of concurrent sessions.
- In the Number of concurrent sessions allowed for each operator field, enter a positive integer greater than or equal to 1. The default value is -1, which allows unlimited sessions per operator.
- Click Save.
