Viewing the status of an external search service

Updated on April 5, 2022

If you are using an external Elasticsearch service, you can view the status of the Elasticsearch service endpoint to determine whether it is online or offline. For information about configuring an external Elasticsearch service, see Configuring client-server mode for Elasticsearch on Pega Platform on Pega Community.

Before you begin: To access the Search landing page, you must have the pxAccessSearchLP privilege, which is included in the PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureSystemSettingsSearch.
  2. In the Search end point setting section, view the endpoint and its status.
