Creating a system security data instance
To use the Product Migration wizard or command-line tool to migrate a product from one system to another, create system security data instances on the source system.
To support a cluster, create one instance for each source node
from which products can be exported.
- In the navigation panel, click App, and in the search field, enter Data-Admin-System-Security.
- Click Create.
- In The system granting access field, enter the host name of the source system.
- In The security role for the servlet field, enter the name of
the security role that can access the DiagnosticData servlet in the
source system.The default security role is
PegaDiagnosticUser. - Click Create and open.
- Enter the User name and Password of the application server user in the source system who has the security role that you entered.
