Configuring expunge cycle settings
Use dynamic system settings to configure different aspects of a post-archiving permanent deletion cycle for expunging cases from the Pega Cloud File Storage repository. Use these settings to track the archived cases that you permanently delete from Pega Cloud File Storage.
- In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click.
- In the Setting Purpose column, click the
filter icon and filter the column by entering
dataarchival.
- To enable or disable the logging of expunged records that are tracked
Log-ExpungedCases, select dataarchival/expungeEnableTracking.Set the value to true to enable and false to disable.
The default value is set to true.
- To set the number of days for which Pega Platform
keeps entries for
Log-ExpungedCases, select dataarchival/expungeKeepTrackedEntriesFor.The default value is set to 7.
- To enable or disable the logging of expunged records that are tracked
- In the Value field, enter a value for the system setting that you select.
- Click Save.
