Creating a Mission Badge

Create a Mission badge to recognize user achievements when completing missions in Pega Academy.

To create a Mission badge:

  1. From the left navigation pane, click Create > Mission Badge.

  2. In the New Training Badge window, in the Mission name list, select the Pega Academy Mission for which you want to create the Mission badge.

  3. In the Badge Description field, enter a short description of the Mission badge purpose. Examples include:

    • In the New Task window, in the Name field, enter a title in the following format: Editor review/Publish request <due date mmm dd>: <description/title of content> <content type>
      For example: The <badge name> badge represents the ability to create and configure <details>. The badge validates understanding of key features, capabilities, and benefits of <details>.
      For example: The <badge name> badge validates knowledge of <details> and its approach to <details> for <audience/role>.
      For example: The <badge name> badge represents the ability to address <details> through <details>.
      Note: The badge description is limited to 200 characters, (1-2 sentences is best practice).
    • The <badge name> badge represents the ability to create and configure <details>. The badge validates understanding of key features, capabilities, and benefits of <details>.

    • The <badge name> badge validates knowledge of <details> and its approach to <details> for <audience/role>.

    • The <badge name> badge represents the ability to address <details> through <details>.

      Note: The badge description is limited to 200 characters, (1-2 sentences is best practice). 
  4. Click Create.
