Symptom

The Clipboard Viewer tool does not operate, and Xalan type errors appear.

Solution

Resolution

This can occur because Tomcat has different jar files than Process Commander.

To resolve this problem, copy the xalan.jar file from the web-inf/lib directory to the common/endorsed directory.
