Verifying supporting decisions for Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor

Test whether each supporting decision works before creating the next one by using Postman.

Pega Customer Decision Hub
  1. Open Postman.
  2. In the header of Postman, click New, and then in the Create New tab, click Request.
  3. In the list of methods, select POST and then, in the Enter request URL field, enter the following URL: http://server IP address:port address/prweb/PRRestService/PegaMKTContainer/V3/Container.
  4. On the Body tab, select the raw radio button.
  5. In the text pane, enter the request message for the supporting decision that you want to test:

  6. In the Text list, select JSON.
  7. On the Authorization tab, provide authentication details:
    1. In the TYPE list, select Basic Auth.
    2. In the Username field, enter a valid operator for Pega Customer Decision Hub, for example, admin@cdhc.
    3. In the Password field, enter your password.
    4. Click Send.
    5. Ensure that the results are as expected by reviewing the output.
Result: Your supporting decision is visible in the UI of the NBAA portal. For example, the Service preference area of the Shared needs assessment window contains your profile questions and you can select an answer.
