Objective

Learn how to upload a picture to your operator profile in Pega^® Express. Profile pictures are displayed, for example, in Pulse conversations, on the Team page, as well as in other parts of the application.

Procedure

1. From the Operator menu, click Profile.
2. Click your profile picture.
3. Click Upload a New Image.
4. Click Browse.
5. Select your profile picture and click Open.

   

6. Click Use Original or Use Cropped.
